This Privacy Policy explains how Realandly ("Realandly," "we," "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit realandly.com, respond to an offer letter, or contact us. Realandly is led by Sal Torres, licensed in California, CA DRE #01280087.

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us, such as when you respond to an offer, request a cash offer, or call, text or email us:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• The reference number on an offer letter, and whether you accept, counter or want to be removed from our list
• Property details such as county, state, parcel number (APN), address, acreage and asking or counter-offer price
• Anything else you include in a message to us

We also use publicly available property records, such as county assessor and recorder data, to identify land owners and prepare offers. Our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information, such as your browser type, device and the pages you visit.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request and contact you about your property
• To research your parcel and prepare cash offers or listing proposals
• To complete a purchase or sale through a title or escrow company
• To honor requests to stop mailings, calls or texts
• To meet our legal, licensing and record-keeping obligations

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only:

• With service providers who help us run our business (for example, email, mailing and website hosting), and only for that purpose
• With title companies, escrow officers, notaries and other parties needed to complete a transaction you agree to
• When required by law, regulation or legal process

Mobile information, including phone numbers and text-messaging consent, is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number and opt in, we may call or text you about your property and offer. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. See our Terms of Service for full SMS terms.

Mailings

If you'd rather not receive offer letters, choose "Remove me from your mailing list" on our form, or call or email us, and we'll remove you.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as long as law or licensing rules require us to keep transaction records.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it
• Ask us to correct or delete your personal information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it)
• Exercise these rights without being treated differently

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so please don't send Social Security numbers, bank account details or wire instructions through our website forms or email. We will never ask you to wire money to us.

Our website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
