These Terms govern your use of realandly.com and any calls, emails or text messages you receive from Realandly. By using this site or opting in to messages, you agree to these Terms.
About our services
Realandly buys land directly from owners as a principal in all 50 states. For property located in California, Realandly may also offer real estate brokerage services through Sal Torres, licensed in California, CA DRE #01280087. Outside California, Realandly acts only as a buyer for its own account and does not act as a real estate agent or broker for you. If you ask to list land outside California, we may refer you to an independent real estate licensee in that state. That licensee is not affiliated with Realandly, and any referral fee is paid between licensed brokers as permitted by law.
Offers are not binding until signed
Offer letters, website estimates and conversations are invitations to discuss a sale. No sale is binding on either party until both sides sign a written purchase agreement. Offers may change after we review title, access, taxes, zoning or other property details.
No legal, tax or financial advice
Information on this site is general in nature. We encourage you to consult your own attorney, tax professional or other advisor before selling property.
SMS / text message terms
- Program: Realandly property updates — messages about your property, offer, counter offer and closing.
- Opt-in: You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website forms or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or sale.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You'll receive one confirmation message.
- Help: Reply HELP, call (800) 582-0140 or email askdlrc@gmail.com.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Wire fraud warning
Realandly will never email or text you new wire instructions or ask you to send money to us. All funds move through a licensed title or escrow company. Always confirm wire instructions by calling the title company at a phone number you verify independently.
Website use
Please use this site only for lawful purposes. Site content is provided "as is," and we may update it at any time. We are not responsible for third-party websites we link to.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Realandly is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
